Essential Job Duties:
The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Office Manager. The key role is being responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Duties Include:
- Perform all in-depth general office functions.
- Perform all general office duties and assist with daily office workflow such as: records management, job costing, answering phones, monitoring emails, customer service, etc.
- Daily data entry of time records
- Work with Purchasing; processing and receiving of purchase orders
- Prepare invoices and offer general staff support
- Perform back up fundamental book keeping tasks ( A/R, A/P, and collections)
- Arrange UPS and Fedex shipments

Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail is an absolute must!
- Highly organized, flexible and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment (4 person office)
- Must have excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Quick Books Software experience a plus
- E2 Shoptech Software knowledge a plus
Compensation:
- $18.00-20.00/HR plus benefit package
